Matt Johnson is a Financial Analyst at the San Francisco Office of Cogent Valuation, joining the firm in 2011. Mr.Johnson’s work experience includes three years at Epic Systems Corporation,where he implemented and supported Epic’s analytical reporting software. Before that he spent one year as a Financial Analyst for the Green Dot Corporation,where he analyzed new business opportunities to gauge their impact on the company’s cash flow, profitability, and overall valuation.

Mr. Johnson received his Bachelors’ Degree in Physics from Pomona College in 2005 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Nicholas Center for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at the University of Wisconsin in 2011.
