Biography

Lisa Miller is a Vice President in Cogent Valuation’s Los Angeles office. She joined the firm in 2004 and has been involved in valuation engagements for more than 150 companies across a range of sizes and industries.

Ms. Miller’s work has primarily supported estate and gift tax planning, employee stock ownership plan transactions, and litigation-related matters. She has experience working with companies in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, construction, professional services, publishing, consumer products, and manufacturing.

Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, with a concentration in Corporate Finance.
